Soul Searching

Much of the soul searching Nikole discovered was counterintuitive to our culture. We have problems saying NO! Often we have to parse our time and energy based on how we are actually feeling. The new premise is taking care of yourself first as instructed by many flight attendants. You cannot help anyone else or be honestly productive if you the fuel tank is empty emotionally.  Many people, be it, parents, managers, students or anyone may be addicted to being busy versus being productive. Burnout happens over time, typically the more often we say yes without absolute completion provides more things on our emotional plate.

 

Mindfulness Meditation Release Burnout

Mindfulness meditation is taking moments to be present. Five minutes of meditation can reset your personal being to quiet the monkey reptilian brain from the matrix of society.

Daily Self Care

  • 15 minutes doing what rests you.
  • Walks
  • naps
  • TV
  • coffee
  • whatever makes you feel recharged.
  • Taking a simple break.
