Kyle Reidhead is a modern digital nomad. Our interview was conducted as Kyle was in Bali via zoom. The American workforce has changed with manufacturing moving to Asia. Digital nomads have found the new method for providing value without being location-centric.
Kyle worked a sales job and began to see the negative effects of a sedentary occupation. Grabbing the bulls by the horns Kyle decided to make a change and body hack himself to enable living a full life.
Our food supply is heavily synthetic and augmented from the original natural state of food for humans. Kyle realized we don't prepare our own healthy organic meals, and the effects are evident. Food is a primary focus of education Kyle delves into with his clients. Many people are tuned into the modern synthetic chemical built food sources.
Healthy living begins with three components which are sleep, food, and movement in the form of exercise. America is sleep deprived, stressed and consuming poor nutrition. To move into life longevity requires an individual inventory of your current mental, physical and spiritual state.
